OBLIGATION TO INFORM ACCORDING TO § 36 VSBG

The Real Estate Association of Germany IVD e.V. has established a conciliation body in accordance with the Consumer Dispute Resolution Act (VSBG). This body can, among other things, resolve disputes between consumers and IVD members through an extrajudicial conciliation procedure.

ADEN Immo GmbH is a member of the IVD and is obliged by the IVD statutes to provide a written statement to the Ombudsman if a procedure is initiated. ADEN Immo GmbH generally does not participate in arbitration procedures with other arbitration bodies.
