As a real estate agency, our job is to find property owners who are willing to entrust us with the sale of their apartment.

That being said, we understand that nobody likes to be harassed by phone, email, or in any other way.

So, we’ve decided not to operate like other agencies and have opted for the following approach :

1 – We offer you an online estimation form that gives you access to a wide range of information (that you won’t find anywhere else) so you can see that we have resources that can truly be useful to you, hoping that it piques your interest in our agency a bit more.

2 – We help you stay informed about the various developments in the Berlin real estate market so that you can successfully carry out your project (whether you want to sell quickly, rent out your apartment, or wait as long as possible to maximize your profit).

3 – We are available to estimate your apartment in person so you can get a precise idea of the maximum amount you could sell your apartment for based on its condition and specifics, as well as the market conditions in your neighborhood.

In summary, we won’t directly solicit you.

We prefer to continually help you so that you feel inclined to come to us on your own.

Firstly, because we don’t have the time to follow up with every property owner in our database, and secondly, because we believe it’s more beneficial for everyone to let you come to us when you feel to :

  • To tailor the data to your specific needs, you can also use filters to focus solely on data regarding apartments similar to yours (surface area, number of rooms, etc.).

This is precisely what this form is for : to determine if it’s the right time to sell, you need to have an idea of the price at which you can expect to find a buyer.

Of course, an online estimate will always be less precise than an in-person estimate since an agent visiting an apartment can note all the specifics of the property and include them in their market study.
